County Supported Camp

50 girls from units with leaders without licences were given the opportunity to camp in September at Blackland Farm. The camp run by the County Camp Adviser, Lynnie Hutchison gives girls the chance to have a residential experience that they may not have had otherwise this year. It is also an opportunity for leaders who do not have their licences to get help and support to run a camp and think about taking their licence in the future. The girls got the opportunity to canoe, zip wire and climb, as well as take part in a cooking competition and spend time with friends away from their parents.
